It depends on your app provider:

– If you have Android, go to Play Store and click on your profile (top right). Click on Payments and Subscriptions/Subscriptions/Select iRISCO and you will be able to see the renewal date.

– If you have an Apple, go to Settings, go to Settings/click on your profile and click on Subscriptions and select iRISCO and you will be able to see the renewal date.

You can ask for the invoice in the App Stores. If you are a company, you need create an account as company in the App Store and do the subscription with your company account.

You can check the payments in your App Store. – If you have Android, please go to Play Store and click on your profile (in the top right). Click in Payments and Subscriptions/Budget & history and you can check all payments in Google Play. – If you have Apple, go to Settings and click in your profile and go to Content and Purchases, click View Account and click in Purchasing History and then you can check if you have completed the subscription purchases.

We recommend you that you contact an professional installer to undertake this process. You need your Site ID (15 digits) and you PIN as owner to create the site in RISCO Cloud . You download iRISCO and create a new site (only if you haven’t already created a site) and fill the data with all mandatory fields, including site name, email, address and phone. If you have a created site, please ask to the installer to send you an invitation.

Firstly you should cancel the current subscription. Then create a new subscription with the amended package according to the sites.The subscription fee that you already paid will depend on the Returns Policy in terms of getting a return of the subscription fee of the period not consumed.

You only can get the full amount if you cancel during the first 14 days of the activation date according the App Store policy. You can ask to the App Stores to return the full amount if you report an issue or incorrect functionality.

If the end user has already purchased a subscription in the app store: 1. If the store agrees to cancel the charge and return the money to then, the subscription will be canceled and the billing method can be changed. 2. If the store does not agree to cancel the charge, the user can cancel the subscription (cancellation will only cancel the automatic renewal – it will not cancel the subscription for the current year). Since the subscription is valid for one year, during this year, the collection method cannot be changed. Only at the end of the year, will it be possible to change the collection method.

The owner of the site will receive a notification in the app that the cloud service is paid after the site becomes ‘Non-Reseller (collection by RISCO). Upon receiving this notification, the user will have 30 days to complete the registration process. If they do not complete this, they will not be able to continue using the app. If they complete the process, they will receive the free period (90 days) from the end of the 30 days.

Payment for RISCO Cloud services will be made through an in-app purchase mechanism in the same manner as other subscription apps and be processed through your smartphone distribution platform such as App Store or Play Store.
